can you please turn the air conditioner up/down/off? we're freezing to death/burning up!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah...i submitted a work request a few minutes ago and i was wondering when someone was going to get here.

your waiting for parts?!?!? to fix a machine?!?!? that's ridiculous!!!!!!!

the overall concept is that to everyone an inconvenience is an emergency...and i should react with enough haste an panic to please them...hmmm.
